What we do
Transfers4u arranges private rides from Chopin and Warsaw-Modlin airports to Warsaw and to any city in Poland, and back again from any address to the airport. Beyond airport transfers we cover business travel, weddings and corporate events, multi-day routes around Poland and journeys for larger groups. Every ride is fully private: no changes, no waiting for other passengers and no extra charges decided once the driver arrives.
Who we work for
We serve tourists, families with children, business guests and companies that need dependable transport for their staff and clients. We also prepare rides for groups of up to a dozen people, with sports luggage, pushchairs or ski equipment. Payment is by bank transfer and we issue VAT invoices.
How we work
The price is agreed before the journey and never changes once the ride has started. We track your flight number, so the driver is there even if you are delayed — waiting with a name board, with up to 60 minutes of free waiting time. Our cars are Mercedes E, V and S Class, driven by licensed drivers experienced in airport service.
Who builds Transfers4u
Transfers4u is run by a team based in Warsaw: dispatchers who plan each ride and watch over it on the day of travel, and drivers who know the city and its long-distance routes. You can reach us by email at info@transfers4u.eu — we usually reply the same day, weekends included.
